Measure Templates

How to use these templates to place your order:

1. Download & print the Measure Template for your racecar.
2. Take all the required measurements, and complete the order form (comes with template)
3. Fax your completed forms to PrimeTime Designs at 828.665.8880.  We are available by phone from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Saturday.
4. We'll call you back to confirm your order and take your $200 deposit.

We accept Visa & Mastercard and will soon be able to accept PayPal payments.
